The first step for all new students - regardless of your academic goal - is to apply for admissions to Hartnell College

NOTE: After 1- 2 working days, you will recieve an email with important information pertaining to your Hartnell
ID number, PAWS log in information, and Gmail information. All important information in order to continue for a successful enrollment process.
To determine Financial Aid eligibility, submit a Financial Aid application. Applications include the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act.
Students may also complete the California College Promise Grant and submit to the Financial Aid Office. Contact the financial aid office if you have additional questions (831) 755-6806.

Pay all registration fees by the payment deadline date to avoid being dropped from your classes. Please see
the Payment Deadline Dates.
Pay online at P.A.W.S. for Students (Click on Make a Payment)**
Pay online using the Student Ed Planner for immediate payment.
Note: Payments using P.A.W.S. will take 24 hours to post. Use the Student Ed Planner
and your payment will post immediately.

We will be issuing Electronic IDs this semester as the college is closed for in-person
services. The electronic ID will be managed on our website and or with a mobile device using
the Touchnet Once Card App available in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Please follow the instructions below:

Follow up with your counselor to make sure you’re on track to achieve your academic
goals. Check into any student support programs you might be eligible for (EOPS/CARE/CALWORKS,
TRIO, Veterans, Foster & Kinship Care, MESA, ACE, and others) to make sure you’re
getting all the support you need.
Activate your student gmail account to recieve updates on information from Financial
Aid, Admissions and Records, and other departments on campus.
