ASHC Agenda and Minutes

The Associated Students of Hartnell College (ASHC) Senate meets regularly on Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Room C101 at Hartnell College's Main Campus in Salinas. Meetings are open to the public, and students, employees, and community members are encouraged to attend and participate.

Request an Agenda Item: Students, employees, and community members interested in presenting or requesting an item for Senate consideration may submit an ASHC Agenda Item Request Form. Submission deadline: Monday at 3:00 p.m. before the requested Friday meeting.

Public Comment: Members of the public may address the Senate on matters within ASHC's jurisdiction during the public comment period. Comments are generally limited to three minutes per speaker, with a total of 15 minutes allotted for public comment.

Questions and Accessibility: For meeting questions or accommodation requests, please contact ASHC Secretary Victoria Uribe at victoriapuribe@student.hartnell.edu. Please submit accommodation requests by the Wednesday before the meeting, when possible.
