Effective with the April 8, 2014 governing board meeting, the agendas, meeting materials, and minutes for governing board meetings can be accessed through BoardDocs.

The public is encouraged to attend governing board meetings, normally held at 5 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month at the Main Campus, 411 Central Avenue, Salinas, Building C, Room 124 (Student Center/Steinbeck Hall), except where noted.  A list of meeting dates, times, and locations is available at this link.  

PUBLIC COMMENTS will be received as follows:
--At the meeting location at Main Campus, 411 Central Avenue, Salinas, CA (Steinbeck Hall)
--Via Zoom. Submit your public comment request to by 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please include in the email subject line: “Public Comment via Zoom for the Governing Board Meeting of [INSERT DATE]". Provide your name, specific agenda item, or subject matter. You will be called upon at the appropriate time.
Those who choose to attend the board meeting will be asked to:
- Complete a speaker request form located at the reception desk.
- Wear face covering per the order of the Monterey County Public Health Officer dated April 28, 2020.
- Practice social distancing by remaining at least 6 feet apart from other attendees.
- Use hand sanitizers available at the entrance upon entering and exiting the room.

ACCOMMODATIONS: All meeting locations are wheelchair accessible. The following services are available when requests are made by 4:00 p.m. the Wednesday before the Board meeting: American Sign Language interpreters or use of a reader during a meeting; large print agenda or minutes; assistive listening devices. Please contact the Office of the President at (831) 755-6900, if you need assistance in order to participate in a public meeting or if you need the agenda and public documents modified as required by Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
