Fall 2022: Priority Registration

CCAP students qualify for priority registration under group#2. Students who have taken a CCAP course as part of dual enrollment may qualify for priority registration before other students on campus when they complete the steps below.

Priority Registration Date: April 22, 2022

Term: Fall 2022

What is priority registration? It means that if you are a CCAP dual enrollment student planning to attend Hartnell College after you graduate high school, you have the privilege to register for classes before other students on campus (Priority Group#2).

Do I have to register exactly at the assigned date? NO. This means that you are allowed to register for the upcoming semester as of that date.

Is it important that I register within the priority registration time frame? YES. It is important to take advantage of this privilege so you can find the courses you want to take before they fill up.

Do I need to be vaccinated? Yes, you will need to submit proof of vaccination or medical/religious exemption before you can register for classes. Once submitted, it will need to be approved, and an email confirmation is sent to the student. Vaccination Website: https://www.hartnell. edu/about/safety/emergency/ vaccination.html

STEPS:

(1) Complete/submit Admissions Application through OpenCCC for Fall 2022.

(2) Complete an Educational Plan with a Hartnell Counselor. Schedule an appointment.

(3) Complete the Online New Orientation through PAWS for Students.

(4) We highly recommned students take the Online Placement Tool to determine their math and English if they haven't already.
