FAFSA and DREAM Act Submission Labs
The Financial Aid Office will host FAFSA and DREAM Act Submission Labs to assist students in submitting their financial aid applications. Check out our flyers (Salinas, Alisal, King City, and Soledad) for additional information.
Salinas Main Campus: Every Monday (except holidays) between June 6 through July 25 from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM in Building B-110
Alisal Campus: June 6, and July 18 at 3:30 - 5:00 PM in AC-C213
Soledad Education Center: June 7, June 21, July 12, and July 26 from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM in Room 110
King City Education Center: June 1, July 6 from 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM in Room 109
CARES Act Emergency Grants
Students enrolled in Spring 2022 who are experiencing financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic can submit an CARES Act Grant Application. Students must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 3 units during the Summer 2021 semester. Funds are limited and priority is given to first time recipients. Awarded students will receive an award notification via their Hartnell email.
In an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19, the Financial Aid Office has transitioned to online services. Financial Aid staff are working remotely and are available to serve you through various methods.

Financial Aid Office
The Hartnell College Financial Aid Office offers a variety of student support services that are designed to help you with the educational related expenses involved in reaching your educational goals. Please choose one of the two ways to contact the Financial Aid Office. Be sure that you are logged into your @student.hartnell.edu account and have your ID number. If you don’t have an ID number, complete a Hartnell College Student Application. Students should also complete all the Steps for Registration.
When you access the virtual front counter on ZOOM during the available hours, you will be placed in a waiting room until the host lets you in, and then you will be greeted by an ambassador. Not sure how to join a zoom meeting? Watch this Tutorial.
Before meeting with a Financial Aid staff member, please have your Photo ID ready.

If you are not a current Hartnell College student or email us from a personal email account, due to FERPA we will only be able to answer general questions. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. |
