When scheduling an event via Coursedog, check the "Will special or technical equipment be required?" box and upload a list of required items. If you need the same equipment for multiple class periods or the same equipment on a weekly basis, please indicate the first and last date of usage (as well as the day of the week).
Instruction in the use of AV equipment is available with the Multimedia Specialist by appointment. Due to limited staff, equipment operators cannot be provided. Occasionally equipment becomes defective. If this happens, call ext. 6869. The technician will assist you whenever possible.
Unfortunately after 5:00 p.m. there is no technician available unless by special arrangement, and for very significant events.
