In collaboration with Information Technology, and some members of Academic and Student Affairs, the IR function is part of the Data Analytics and Reporting Team. This group has been functioning since fall 2015 and has as main goal to contribute to the creation, design , vetting and dissemination of hands-on accessible data tools. The IR Function has supported the DART team to the launching of five tools so far:
- Cohort Progression Tool
- Enrollment/Retention and Success Tool
- Hartnell Profile (In Vetting Process)
- Program Awards Tool
- Subject Analysis Tool
