Hartnell has implemented a new Help Desk/Service desk web service called iSupport. The system allows faculty and staff to enter a trouble ticket to report technical problems or request help/training on technology. The system is easy to use, but detailed instructions are available on the PDC website.Visit the iSupport website or use the icons below to access the pages directly.
Note: you must log in with your Hartnell username to access the system
You can also email a request or report a problem via email (important: the email must be sent using your college email account). Simply email the details of the request or problem to ITHelp@hartnell.edu. Your email will be converted into a ticket and routed to the appropriate area for resolution.
