IT Assistance via the iSupport Ticketing System
Hartnell has implemented a new Help Desk/Service desk web service called iSupport. The system allows faculty and staff to enter a trouble ticket/IT ticket/incident to report technical problems or request help/training on technology. Detailed instructions on how to use iSupport are available from the PDC website. Visit the iSupport website or use the icons below to access the pages directly.
You can also email a request or report a problem via email (important: the email must be sent using your college email account). Simply email the details of the request or problem to email@example.com using your Hartnell email address (your message will be converted into a ticket and routed to the appropriate area for resolution).
Note: you must log in with your Hartnell username to access the system.
