EOPS (Extended Opportunity Program)/CARE
- Textbook lending from EOPS library and $300 book credit to purchase textbooks at the Panther Bookstore.

Wireless Internet Services

Library
- All students are provided a 2 hour loan of calculators for math courses or laptops for zoom meetings, group projects or research for use while in the library.
- Check with the Library Technician at the Circulation or Media Services desk. A signed laptop loan agreement must be on file for the student.

Veterans Service Center
- Chromebook lending program, graphing calculators, smart pens, and free printing are available for student veterans and their dependents.

- Provides online tutoring for students with qualified student tutors in various academic areas.

- Students can borrow calculators and chromebooks from EOPS lending library.

DSPS (Department of Supportive Programs & Services)
- DSPS students have access to computers with assistive technologies such as: screen readers, voice recognition, note-taking and magnification software. Braille, large print and PDF also available.

Office of Student Life
- Students can rent a TI-84 calculator for math classes ($20 a semester)
- Students can apply in the library, Building A.

- CalFresh is a statewide program that provides financial assistance for food.
- Eligible students receive a card to purchase food that is accepted at most supermarkets.
- Pop-up Pantries occur all semester, providing food donated by the Food Bank of Monterey County. Held from 12-2 p.m. every other Friday in the Hartnell Parking Structure on Main Campus.

Crisis Counseling
- Emotional support and counseling (therapy) sessions provided for all enrolled Hartnell students.

MST
- Hartnell students are able to ride FREE on ALL MST routes by presenting their valid electronic student ID to the driver -- any day, any time. Student CAT card must have a clear picture and state current semester of registration.

Child Development Center
- State-funded preschool. Must meet requirements for eligibility.

Lactation Spaces on Campus
The College has identified several lactation spaces on campus for students and employees to use while breastfeeding or using a lactation pump on campus. These spaces are generally available Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm on a first-come, first-served basis.
