CSUMB Logo CSUMB Scholarhsip Application opens October 1, 2021 ans is due February 18, 2022. In order to qualify for the scholarship, you must be enrolled at CSUMB and complete the application by the deadline.

  Spring 2022 Transfers: Once you pay your Enrollment Confirmation and know you will attend CSUMB in the Spring, you can submit your CSUMB Scholarship Application.

Cooke Foundation

 

 

The Cook Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship is a highly sensitive scholarship for the nation's top community college students seeking to complete their bachelor's degrees at four-year colleges and universitites. Each Cooke Scholar has access to generous financial support for two to three years, college planning support, ongoing advising, and the opportunity to connect with the thriving community of fellow scholars. 

Each award is intended to cover a significant share of the student's educational expenses - including tuition, living expenses, books, and required fees - for the final two to three years necessary to achieve a bachelor's degree. Awards vary by individual, based on the cost of tuition as well as grants or scholarships they may receive. 

This highly competitive scholarship includes: 

  • Up to $55,000 per year to attend a four-year accredited undergraduate school.
  • Ability to pursue any area of study
  • Personal advising about selecting a college and navigating financial aid
  • Multifaceted advising about how to transition to a four-year college and maximize the student experience.

All-USA Logo  

 The All-USA Academic Team recognizes high achieving college students who   demonstrate academic excellence and intellectual rigor combined with   leadership and service that extends their education beyond the classroom to   benefit society. Twenty team members are named annually with each receiving a   $5,000 scholarship, a total of $100,000 in scholarship awards. In addition to   scholarships, team members are presented at the annual President's Breakfast  held during the American Association of Community Colleges Annual Convention. 

The program is sponsored by Follet Higher Education Group with additional support provided by the American Association of Community Colleges and Phi Theta Kappa.

Nominees to the All-USA Academic Team may also be considered for the Coca-Cola Academic Team, New Century Scholars Programs, and All-State Academic Teams when applicable.

New Century Logo The student receiving the highest All-USA Academic Team application score in   each state is named a New Century Workforce Pathway Scholar or a New   Century Transfer Pathway Scholar. Students nominated for the Workforce   Pathway should be planning to enter the workforce after completing a   certificate or associate degree, and studnets nominated for the Transfer   Pathway should be planning to transfer to a four-year college after graduation.

The program annually recognizes 104 scholars. Each New Century Workforce Pathway Scholar receives special recognition at the Association of Community College Trustees Congress. Each New Century Transfer Pathway Scholar receives special recognition at the American Association of Community Colleges Convention.

To be eligible for this program, students must submit an application for the All-USA Academic Team and be selected as a nominee by their college. 

The New Century Pathway Scholarship program is sponsored by The Coca-Cola Foundation, The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, the American Association of Community Colleges and Phy Theta Kappa.
