This state-of-the-art facility, built in 2006 with support from Salinas Valley business and industry, offers interactive classrooms, cutting-edge science laboratories, computer labs, and specialized hands-on technical shops designed to meet the needs of each program. These resources play a crucial role in shaping the food safety culture across production, handling, storage, and transportation within the agribusiness sector. Conveniently located adjacent to the campus are the UC Davis Cooperative Extension and a USDA-ARS Laboratory, fostering research and industry partnerships.
