Students, Faculty and Staff and is available at specific limited Campus locations
on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. The Hartnell College District Disclaims all liability
of any kind regarding the security of your use of this wireless connection.

Your use of the Network is in accordance with the Hartnell College Student Code of Conduct, including, but not limited to AP 3720 Computer, Electronic Communication, and Network Use , and all applicable State and Federal laws.

- SECURITY ALERT! Wireless networks are inherently insecure. We strongly recommend that you not disclose, receive or transmit any data or content that is confidential or that you would not want intercepted by others.
- HCC will never contact you via email to solicit personal information or your account password.
- HCC will monitor network traffic and take actions as required to assure reliability of network operations, and compliance with applicable State and Federal Laws, District Policies, and Campus Procedures.
