All events require a completed Catering Request Form to provide important information such as the contact person, billing address, number of people, location and type of service. To ensure we can meet your expectations, this catering request form needs to be filled out completely, signed and submitted at least 7 working days in advance.
Catering is for 10 or more guests. For smaller functions we have items ready for pick up in The Grille. Our Catering Menu is provided as a guide. We specialize in utilizing seasonal foods to keep costs down. Seasonal menus are available, will entertain special requests.
Amenities: Table cloths $5.00 each. Napkins $0.30each/25 minimum. The standard table cloth color is white and with advance notice, black and maroon are available.
Approved Outside Vendors:
List of approved outside vendors is available through the food service manager only. You must contact the food service manager for the approved vendor list. As per California Health code requirements and with standing Hartnell College Food service policy to be enforced, home cooked or baked items are not allowed on campus for distribution or sale. It is imperative to adhere to the food services policy for the safety of our students and faculty members. The Food Service Department does not assume ANY responsibility for any outside, unapproved catering services used by any department on or off-site. The Facilities Booking Application Form must be completed to secure a room and should be coordinated with the Facilities/Events
Scheduler at the Main Campus or the Alisal Campus. Please refer to their website.
Billing: All payments are due at the end of the event unless previously discussed. Credit cards, cash or checks are accepted.
Alcohol: Events where alcohol is planned to be served are coordinated with the Hartnell College Foundation 831-755-6810 www.hartnellfoundation.org
