SALINAS, Calif. – Hartnell College Athletics has completed selection of the 2019 Hall of Fame honorees, who will be inducted at a sixth annual luncheon on Nov. 2.

Over the past 82 years, Hartnell has been represented by more than 8,500 student-athletes, achieving success in competition and in the classroom.

“It is truly an honor to welcome back and recognize those individuals and teams who have left their mark on Hartnell Athletics during its extraordinary history of success,” said Superintendent/President Dr. Willard Lewallen.

“Many tears and smiles were shared at the past events by the teams and individuals receiving the prestigious honor,” said Director of Athletics Dan Teresa.  “Hall of Fame has become a homecoming tradition for alumni and their families.”

 After the luncheon and ceremony, a wall with the inductees’ plaques will be unveiled in the Gymnasium. At approximately 6 p.m., the inductees will be introduced during halftime at Rabobank Stadium in Salinas as Hartnell Football hosts Monterey Peninsula College.
