The 2017-18 Annual Report of the Measure T Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (COBC) is available online and will be shared publicly through notices in Salinas-area media.

The four-page report includes updates on the five projects in Phase I of Measure T, which total $70 million. They are: expansion of the King City Education Center, construction of a new education center in Soledad, construction of a new Nursing and Health Sciences Building on the Main Campus (pictured) and the renovation of Building D and E on the Main Campus, which includes a redesign of the Main Campus quad from D and E west Building S, and construction of a North Monterey County education center in Castroville. All are scheduled to be under construction this year.

The Hartnell Governing Board formed and appointed the COBC in April 2017 to monitor expenditure and management of Measure T bond funds, approved by Hartnell Community College District voters in November 2016.
