The Strategic Recruitment Plan Task Force is charged with the development and implementation of Hartnell's Strategic Recruitment Plan.
This will include the following key functions:
- Exploration of external data affecting recruitment, including research into innovative ways of recruiting new students including under-targeted populations/segments and data-driven methods
- Creation and oversight of the goals and tactics leveraged to strategically recruit new and transfer students
