The Facilities Services Department consists of:
Facilities Maintenance, Grounds Service, Custodial Services, Purchasing, and Receiving
This site has been developed to provide information about the types of services available from Hartnell College's Facilities Services departments as well as information on how to obtain services.
Our Campus is serviced by a dedicated team of employees working to operate, maintain, repair, renovate, and clean over 958,000 square feet of space over three campuses. A myriad of services are offered including: repair, maintenance and renovation of facilities, custodial services, grounds landscape maintenance, purchasing, and receiving. Facilities is committed to caring for Hartnell through a collaborative team effort. Goals are:

- Provide safe, well-maintained, and attractive facilities that are conducive to learning

The Informal Bidding Act - Hartnell College has adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Act, (Public Contract Code Section 22000 et seq .). This Act is commonly referred to as “The Informal Bidding Act.” In accordance with the Act, Hartnell College will maintain a list of qualified contractors who will be asked to informally bid on any public works project of less than $125,000 that pertains to their area of expertise. In order to be included on this list, you must fully complete the application (see link below) and return it as a scanned e-mail attachment (preferred method) to Jgarner@hartnell.edu or by mail to Hartnell College Maintenance Department at the address listed on the Application.
