Connection to the program
The Boronda International Study Program reflects the same spirit of cultural exposure, artistic learning, and public-minded support that defined Boronda’s legacy. This section should connect the donor’s story to the present-day student opportunity.
Travel is one of the great aids in education."
- Lester D. Boronda
Why his legacy matters
Boronda’s gift made long-term international study possible for Hartnell and MPC students. The program remains one of the college’s most distinctive arts opportunities, combining travel, academic credit, and creative growth.
