To request funding from Hartnell College's Basic Skills Initiative (BSI) grant, print and complete the BSI Funding Request Form and return it to the chair of the Student Success Committee, who will ensure that your request be placed on the next available agenda. The current committee chair is Kathy Mendelsohn.
In order for a program, project, or purchase to be funded by the BSI grant, it must be aligned with the goals outlined in the current BSI Action Plan Goals and Activities and/or the Blueprint for Student Success Recommendations.
If you want to discuss whether a given project or purchase might be suitable for funding under the BSI grant prior to completing the form, feel free to contact any member of the Student Success Committee.
