Hartnell College to host Transfer Day – College Night 2017  

SALINAS, Calif.   –  Hartnell College will host its Annual College Fair, Transfer Day – College Night, on  Wednesday, November 1, 2017 , in the  Student Center  on the Main Campus at 411 Central Avenue, Salinas, CA.  

Community members, college students, high school students and their families, plus anyone interested in learning about opportunities to earn their bachelor’s degree are welcomed at the fair.   The event will be broken down in two sessions:

TRANSFER DAY

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  

COLLEGE NIGHT

6:00 – 8:00 P.M.

Over 40 representatives from in-state and out-of-state colleges and universities will be on hand to answer questions about programs, campus activities, and admissions requirements. A list of some of the participating universities is attached.

In addition to the Fair, the following workshops will be offered:

  • Two financial aid workshops on applying for federal and state aid
    • 12:00-1:00 p.m. , Student Center Room C-100
    • 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. , Career Center in Student Center
  • A College Transfer Application Workshop, specifically for Dreamers
    • 1:45 – 3:15 p.m. , Student Services, B-110
