SALINAS, Calif. – Hartnell Community College District is proud to announce the list of students who made it into the President’s Honor Roll and the Dean’s List for the spring 2015 semester.  The two lists are attached.

Hartnell College has identified 624 students to its Dean’s List and 656 students to the President’s Honor Roll for the spring 2015 semester.

“I am so proud of the academic achievement of our honor roll students,” said Superintendent/President, Dr. Willard Lewallen.  “Many have overcome significant challenges in their lives to reach high levels of academic achievement.”

To be in the President’s Honor Roll or in the Dean’s List, students must meet certain criteria.  All 1,280 honor students were enrolled in at least 12 units for the semester.   The maximum grade point average (GPA) per semester is a 4.0.  The GPA for each category had to be within the following ranges:

“These students exemplify at the highest levels, the character of Hartnell College students, grit, and courage,” added Dr. Lewallen. “I also congratulate our outstanding faculty and staff who have contributed to the success of our students.”
