Rape, acquaintance rape, and other forcible or non-forcible sex offenses are crimes and may subject students to expulsion, suspension, probation, or criminal sanctions. All College efforts involving students are coordinated through Student Services (831) 755-6820. Criminal sanctions are coordinated with the Monterey County District Attorney's Office.
The accuser and accused are entitled to have others present during any disciplinary proceeding. Both parties shall be informed of the outcome including the college final determination and any sanction against the accused.
