The Panther Job Board is an online platform filled with job search tools, instructional videos, campus events, career exploration, and a user-friendly environment that will keep you engaged and ready for the workforce.

- Use your PAWS/student login credentials
- You’re in! Customize your profile and start exploring.
To complete your profile:
- Log in to Handshake
- Click your profile icon (top right), then select “My Profile”
Fill out these key sections:
- Career Interests – Choose job types, industries, locations, and roles you’re interested in
- My Journey – Write a short summary about your career goals
- Skills – Add relevant technical and soft skills
- Work Experience, Education, Courses, Projects, Languages – Highlight anything relevant from your academic and personal journey
Upload a professional photo (optional but encouraged!)

based on your major & interests.
