In preparation for the Title II compliance deadline, Hartnell College’s Technology Learning and Support Council has been tasked with offering direction, tools, and support to help the campus achieve WCAG 2.1 AA standards. The committee will use an institutional maturity framework that emphasizes ongoing cycles of evaluation, strategy development, and implementation. Dedicated working groups are actively examining digital communications, website content, instructional materials, and both purchased and internally developed software. Updated guidance, training opportunities, and practical resources will be shared with faculty and staff as they become available.
