About the New ADA Title II Rule
Updated ADA Title II regulations require public institutions to make web content and digital services accessible in conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA standards. On April 20, 2026, the U.S. Department of Justice announced an extension to the compliance timeline, moving the deadline from April 24, 2026, to April 26, 2027.
